Last week (Sept. 17-23), one of our ATM servicing partners experienced an issue that led to some ATM outages in the area, including all Fort Financial ATMs. While this partner was able to assure all impacted financial institutions that no member data was affected, we have added additional safeguards to our ATMs to protect against any potential problems from the outage.
We know this interruption caused some inconveniences to our members and appreciate the patience shown as we worked to ensure your accounts stay protected. All Fort Financial ATMs are now in service again.
As we made adjustments to keep you safe, we want to take this opportunity to remind you of ways you can protect yourself, your card and your account the next time you visit an ATM.
