Our Contact Center, located at our corporate office in Fort Wayne, Indiana, takes all incoming phone calls and is available to assist members by phone at the following hours:

• Monday-Thursday 9-6 (Eastern Time)
• Friday 9-7 (Eastern Time)
• Saturday 9-1 (Eastern Time)

Starting May 1, 2025, Fort Financial members visiting a participating credit union in the CO-OP Shared Branch Network will need to load their state-issued ID into IDCheck before starting a transaction. This new fraud prevention measure ensures your identity is verified for Shared Branch transactions. This does not apply when you visit a Fort Financial branch – you can continue to conduct business as usual at our locations. Learn more about the change here.
