We are excited to announce the launch of our Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana 3DE Case Study with North Side High School and Fort Wayne Community Schools.
Case 10.3 was presented to North Side sophomores Wednesday and will teach students all about cultural agility. Students were challenged with the question, “How can Fort Financial Credit Union drive satisfaction among 18-25 year-old members?”
We are so excited to see what the students come up with and how they plan to help with a real-world problem!
Next up, Fort Financial employees will take part in the 3DE coaching session on November 8 at North Side while students will present their case study solution at the culminating event on November 29 at our corporate headquarters!
