If you aren’t near one of our branches, you can still manage your Fort Financial accounts with access to more than 5,000 shared branches through our partnership with the Co-Op Shared Branch Network and nearly 5,000 ATMs nationwide through the Alliance One Network. Starting May 1, 2025, Fort Financial members visiting a participating credit union in the CO-OP Shared Branch Network will need to load their state-issued ID into IDCheck before starting a transaction. This new fraud prevention measure ensures your identity is verified for Shared Branch transactions. This does not apply when you visit a Fort Financial branch – you can continue to conduct business as usual at our locations. Learn more about the change here.
If you can't visit a branch, our Contact Center, located at our corporate office in Fort Wayne, Indiana, takes all incoming phone calls and is available to assist members by phone at the following hours:
- Monday-Thursday 9-6 (Eastern Time)
- Friday 9-7 (Eastern Time)
- Saturday 9-1 (Eastern Time)
