Fort Financial Partners with Junior Achievement, North Side High School, on 3DE Case Study
How can Fort Financial drive satisfaction among 18-25 year-old members? That was the question that was posed to over 350 students from North Side High School in mid-October as they embarked on their most recent 3DE case challenge from Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana.
The case challenge kicked off on October 16, where the sophomore class was given their assignment and background information on the credit union.
Students had the opportunity to ask Business Coaches, aka staff and employees from Fort Financial, questions related to the case challenge and the credit union on October 30. 9 Businesses Coaches from Fort Financial spent the day with students guiding them towards success and answers.
Students wrapped up their six-week long case study on November 13 with the culminating event on the North Side campus, where four finalist groups were able to present their ideas, findings and suggestions to senior leadership from the credit union, guest visitors from National Junior Achievement organization, and over 300 of their peers.
Investing in our communities is at the heart of what we do and a driving factor behind our partnership with Junior Achievement, 3DE, North Side HS and Fort Wayne Community Schools. We are committed to fortifying the lives of our members and communities through every interaction and can't wait to welcome the Legends to our corporate headquarters for an immersive experience in the spring of 2025!
